Where can you find us?
The best place to park if you are travelling by car is the Eden Square Car park (M41 5BE) in the centre of Urmston. It offers free parking for up to 3 hours. From here you can take a 30–40 minute leisurely stroll from the town centre, off the beaten track, through Cob Kiln Wood, along the river to finally reach us. When choosing where to park we ask you respect our neighbours and other local businesses.
Theres lots of different routes you can take, the easiest way is to enter Riverbank Coffee in google maps, select a walking route, and pick which ever route suits you best.
If you don’t have a smart phone then follow the below directions to reach us.
- From Eden Square Car Park, exit onto Crofts Bank Road, heading South.
- You will go over the railway bridge and follow the road ahead onto station road.
- At the traffic lights, turn left onto Stretford Road and follow the road for a few minutes until you reach the Shell Petrol Station.
- Turn right onto Meadow Road down the side of the petrol station and follow this path through the stable yard, through Cob Kiln Wood, up the steps until you reach the river.
- When you reach the green bridge and the River Mersey, do not cross the bridge.
- Turn left, keeping the river on your right and follow the river footpath for approximately 10-15 minutes until you reach Riverbank Coffee.
If you don’t want to travel by car, then we are easily acceptable by train from Urmston town centre and we have good bus routes along Stretford Road using bus numbers 255 / 15 / 23 and 245.
